A new exhibition of photographic images entitled “Hope & Salvation in Addis Ababa” is currently running in the NSC Atrium and will run throughout July. This exhibition is part of the PhotoIreland Festival 2013 Canon Open. A physical booklet and digital iBook, as well as the pictures themselves are available for sale and all proceeds are being donated to the Kidane Mehret Children’s Home in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia.

Vincent Hourigan and Lorraine Walsh of FIT speak at this month’s ‘Lunch N’ Learn’ event at the NSC Campus.

FIT’s mission is to promote an inclusive Smart Economy by creating a fast track to marketable technical skills for those at risk of unemployment long term. To date, over 12,500 job seekers have completed FIT skills development programmes of which over 8,500 progressed into employment. 2,500 job seekers are currently participating in FIT programmes.
